In Hudiksvall, a group of integration counselors gathered for a workshop about networking. The workshop participants  have different level of experience on working in Third Sector and effectively using their networks. They discussed what a network is, how to build new networks and how to broaden their already existing networks. In order to build a large and relevant network that could be of use in their fields of work- now or in the future, the participants agreed that they need to develop their ability to take initiative, improve their social skills and unleash their creativity. This brainstorming workshop gave some answers and some additional questions but it all resulted in increased awareness of the importance of seeing and being part of different networks.
